Content Moderation Policy

Last updated: 2026-06-04

BIMBLY is a neutral platform for public trust signals — job listings, business directories, phone, email and website checks, and user reports. To keep the platform useful and fair, all user-submitted content is subject to the moderation rules below.

1. What we remove

We may review, edit, hide, or delete any submitted content — with or without prior notice — when it is:

2. Reviews and reports

Reviews and reports must describe a genuine experience and be truthful to the best of your knowledge. Submitting false reports to harm a competitor or individual is prohibited and may be removed. BIMBLY does not independently verify every submission and is not responsible for the accuracy of user content.

3. How to report a problem

If you believe a listing, review, or report violates this policy, contact us at [email protected] with a link to the content and a short description of the issue. We aim to review reports promptly.

4. Editing and removing your own content

Many listings and reports can be managed without an account using the secure edit link sent to you at submission time. Keep that link private — anyone with it can edit the entry. If you have lost your edit link, contact [email protected].

5. Appeals

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake, you may appeal by emailing [email protected]. Include any context or evidence that supports the accuracy of your submission.

6. Public display

Approved content may be displayed publicly on the BIMBLY platform and indexed by search engines.

7. Related policies

This policy works together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time.
