The role of BIMBLY
BIMBLY is a platform for publishing, searching, checking and moderating public reputation signals. We do not guarantee that all information on the site is accurate, complete, current or legally confirmed. You should independently verify important information before making decisions about work, payment, hiring, buying services or contacting a person or company.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the content you submit. You confirm that the information is truthful to the best of your knowledge, that you have the right to submit it, and that you do not violate the rights of third parties. You will not post defamation, threats, harassment, hate speech or illegal content, and you will not use BIMBLY for blackmail, revenge, doxing or competitive harm.
Prohibited content
You may not post false reviews or complaints, manipulate ratings, impersonate others, publish the home address of a private individual without a legal basis, publish sensitive personal data or data about minors, bypass captcha or security controls, scrape the site without permission, or post malware, phishing or illegal services. Include only the data needed to understand a review, complaint, vacancy, resume or business profile.
Public display and search indexing
Content you submit may be displayed publicly on BIMBLY, appear in site search and be indexed by search engines. Even after removal from BIMBLY, external search engines or third-party caches may keep copies for some time. Reviews, ratings and reports are signals, not final conclusions, and should not be read as an official finding of guilt, crime or professional unfitness.
Moderation rights
BIMBLY may review content before or after publication, edit formatting, hide or remove content, limit visibility, reject submissions, block repeated abuse, keep limited records of abuse cases, respond to legal requests and temporarily disable features during abuse or security risks. We are not obliged to publish every submission.
No professional advice
BIMBLY does not provide legal, financial, medical, tax, HR or immigration advice, and must not be used as the only source for legally significant employment or background decisions. Information on the platform is for general awareness and should be verified by you in line with applicable law.
Changes to the service and terms
BIMBLY may change features, rules, design, modules, the map, the API, paid features, moderation and availability. When privacy or terms change materially, the public pages are updated with a new date.
